The Bible promises restoration for people who have suffered. Speaking of great men and women of faith, world changers, Hebrews 11:35 says, “They placed their hope in a better life after the resurrection”
We put all of our focus on this life, but there’s an afterlife, and it will go on forever. This life on Earth, even if it’s long, is relatively short.
Living a good life isn’t going to get you to Heaven, because Heaven is not for good people; it’s for forgiven people. Just because I’m a pastor wife and I go to church faithfully that’s not enough to get me to Heaven. Glory, because I put my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior who died on the cross for me I am on my way to Heaven.
